Slow Cooker Indian-Spiced Sweet Potato & Spinach Stew

Ingredients
1 Sweet Potato, large, diced1 package of frozen Spinach, (10 oz.)1 T Ginger, grated1 T Garlic, diced2 T Curry Powder2 T Garam Masala6 cups, Water (divided)
Directions
Place sweet potato through garlic in the slow cooker with two cups of water. Stew cooks in 2 hours on high or can simmer all day on low.

When ready to serve, add curry powder, garam masala and four cups of water. Stir to combine.
