Ingredients
1 cube melted butter1/2 cup flour1 tsp baking powder10 beaten eggs2 cups non fat cottage cheese2 cups cheese blend 2 8oz cans diced green chilis
Directions
Mix together first 3 ingredients, then add remainder. Pour into 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes (until cooked in the center) at 350 degrees.
