Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal (my adaptation)

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal3 cups water1/2 cup raisins1 teaspoon cinnamon*1/8 cup pancake syrup*more or less to taste
Directions
Boil water, add cereal and raisins, cover an simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in syrup and cinnamon. Makes 5 servings.

To make 5 servings for one person, pour into glass loaf pan, cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning you can cut it into fifths and remove one serving each day for 5 servings. I have a glass loaf pan with a glass lid to fit. It's the perfect size.
