Chicken Salad with Capers and Onions

Ingredients
Roasting Chicken, light meat, 3 cup, choppedCapers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained*Whole-Grain Mustard, 3 tsp *Onion (raw), chopped, 3 tbsp *Hellman's Light Mayonaise, 5 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 tsp
Directions
Pull meat from roasted chicken and chop into a small dice
Add capers, chopped onions, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Toss together and serve as a sandwich filling or on a lettuce leaf.
