15 BEAN INDONESIAN SPICY SOUP

Ingredients
20 OZ BAG BEAN SOUP MIXWATER (I use the spice packet, but this is optional)4 T OLIVE OIL2 T EACH CUMIN, CURRY POWDER2 t each cinnamon, ginger powder1 onion4 cloves garlic1 t salt1 small orange
Directions
Soak beans over night, and rise before cooking. Cover beans with water and cook in crockpot for 5 hours.

When beans are ready, saute spices in oil for about 1 minute. Add chopped onion and saute slowly until brown. When onions done add garlic. Stir vegetable mixture into soup. Add zest of orange, and squeeze juice into soup
