Curry Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter1 cup onion2 garlic cloves1 1/2 tsp curry powder2 cups cooed pumpkin3 cups chicken broth (1 bouillon cube)1 1/2 cups 2% milk
Directions
Saute onions in butter 2 min, add garlic and curry saute 1 more min. Add rest and simmer 15-20 minutes. I personally love curry so I use 1 tbsp.

Makes 6 cups - serving is 1 cup
