Split Pea Soup with Ham

Ingredients
Swanson Chicken Broth - 3 CupsWater - 3 CupsCubed Ham - 2 CupsSplit Peas - 2 CupsBasil 1 TbspBlack Pepper - 1 Tbsp
Directions
Place everything in a pot or crockpot. Simmer on low heat for 4 hours. Change to heat to high last two hours. Stir occasionally. Makes 8 1-cup Servings. Enjoy!
