Zippy Vegetable Chili

Ingredients
1 1/2 C chopped onions3/4 C chopped red bell pepper3/4 C chopped green bell pepepr14.5 oz vegetable broth2 cans diced tomatoes and green chilies1 T chili powder1/2 C salsa1 t cumin3/4 t garlic powder1 can (15 oz) kidney beans rinsed and drained1 C fresh or frozen corn1 C (4oz) shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring onions, peppers and broth to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, salsa and seasonings; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 12-15 minutes. Add beans and corn; simmer 5 minutes longer or unti heated through.

Garnich with cheese.
