Oranged brussels sprouts

Ingredients
2 lbs fresh brussels sproutsJuice from one orangezest from one orange1 tbsp walnut oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Clean brussels sprouts, remove wilty leaves, and cut in half.

Heat large skillet over medium high heat and spread walnut oil over entire skillet.

Add brussels sprouts, cut sides down, and cook, stirring often, for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Add orange juice and simmer for another five minutes or until brussel sprouts are just tender (and bright green).

Transfer to large bowl. Add orange zest. And if you are feeling like having mroe fat - add 1/4 cut toasted chopped walnuts.
