Ingredients
1 rutabagas (1 1/4 cp diced)3/4 - 1 cp diced parsnip1 parsnip (1 cp diced)1 med butternut squash (2 cp diced)2 med red potatoes (2 cp diced)1 1/2 cp raw onion (diced)1/3 cp olive oilsalt to taste (about 2 tsp)
Directions
Combine diced vegetables in large baking dish.
Cook at 350° until tender
Serve immediately
