Pizza Dough Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
2.5 cups all purpose flour1 tsp salt--------------1 cup warm water (120 F)1 packet yeast1 tsp sugar2 Tbsp canola oil
Directions
Put warm water in pyrex measuring cup. Add yeast and sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Add oil.

Put flour and salt into CuisineArt food processor with plastic dough blade. Mix. Drizzle liquid mixture while food processor is running. Continue mixing for about 1 minute or until dough forms a ball and 'feels' right.

Let rest for about 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 8 parts and shape into round rolls. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover with damp cloth or plastic wrap and let raise for about 20-30 minutes, until plump. Bake at 425F until nicely browned. About 20 minutes.

Remove to wire rack to cool.
