6 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread. These can be cut into rounds.6 slices cooked ham6 eggsdash salt and pepper1/4 tsp dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 F. Separate egg whites and yolks, keeping the yolks in the shells.
Beat the egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Season with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Place one slice of ham on each piece of toast, mound beaten egg whites on toast. Using the back of a spoon, make indentations in the center of each mound. Gently drop in the egg yolk. Bake 20 min or until yolks are set and whites are golden brown.
