Bacon Egg and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
3 egss2 TB bacon drippings1/4 tsp sea salt3 TBS coconut flour1/4 tsp baking powder8 strips bacon1/2 cheddar cheesebutter (to grease muffin tin.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
fry bacon in skillet until crisp. (set aside)
blend eggs, bacon drippings, and salt in a mixing bowl.
add coconut flour and baking powder - misx until there are no lumps
Throw the bacon and cheese into the food processor and pulse crumbled. Stir into batter.
Grease muffin tins with butter
pout batter into muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes.
