Slow Cooker Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
1 lb. brussels sprouts1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 tbsp water
Directions
In a 1.5 or 2 quart slow cooker, combine washed and halved brussels sprouts, butter, mustard, salt, pepper and water.

Set to high for 2-3 hours. Before serving, mix together mixture to ensure that brussels are covered with sauce.
