Avocado Fries

Ingredients
1 avocado, sliced into 8 pieces1/5 cup flour1 egg or 1/4 egg substitute1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
Dip each slice of avocado into the flour first, egg next, and then the panko.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip avocado slices and bake for 20 more.
