1 C Splenda2 C Canned Pumpkin (not Pumpkin pie filling)3/4 C FF Evaporated Milk1 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 t Ground Cinnamon1/2 C Nuts such as pecans, almonds or walnuts optional (not included in the nutritional content)
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased 9-in pie plate. Place pie plate in a 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan; add 1/2 in of hot water to pan. Bake 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or untill a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
