Gluten Free "Oatmeal"

Ingredients
Quinoa flakes, millet, flax seeds, coconut, sesame seeds, milk, eggs
Directions
Makes ~8 1/4 cup servings.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large jar. I add spices like cinnamon, ginger, cyanne (for a bit of extra heat) and pumpkin spice.

Measure 1/4 cup of the dry mix into a bowl and add 1 egg and a splash of water. Microwave on high for 2 min. The millet will still be a bit crunchy. Cooking longer and with more water will soften it if you have time. Engoy with a splash of milk and some berries.
