Ingredients
ground (minced ) beef 454gonions 2peppers bell 2-3 depending on size sliceddry pasta 250gpasta sauce ( tomato based)flour white 2 tbsbutter 2 ozmilk (skimmed is fine) 2.5 cupsCheddar 2 oz chopped

This is a great one pot quick dish.
brown the beef , onion for 5 mins,then add peppers, dry pasta and pasta sauce all ingredients should be covered by sauce if needed a little water can be added if necessary.
when the pasta as softened and soaked up half the sauce the turn into an oven proof dish.
Then to finish off the dish make the cheese sauce by ading the flour, butter and milk into a pan on a high heat and whisk constantley until the sauce has thickened then add the chopped cheese and stir into the white sauce . Once all melted pour over the pasta bake and place in oven for 35-45 mins or until the sauce has browned 180 0r gas 5

serve with a side salad or potato wedges

for a twist you can add in smokey bacon or pepperoni
