Juicy Ranch Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
20oz. Ground Turkey 93% Lean3/4c. Fresh Onions4tsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix1tsp. Black pepper1tbsp. Onion powder1tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oil in a saute pan, and add chopped onions, cook until tender and soft.
Mix turkey, onions and other seasonings together, try not to over mix.
This makes 4 4oz burgers probably a bit more because of the onions.
Cook burger/s in the same pan as the onions to cut oil and get a little extra flavor.
I ate mine on Arnolds Whole Wheat Reduced Calorie Bread and topped with Hot Salsa and a bit of cheddar. Enjoy!
You can cut about 30 calories if you leave out olive oil and use nonstick spray.
