Potato and Leek Soup

Ingredients
* Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cup * Leeks, 4 leek * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Pepper, black, .25 tsp * *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Directions
Cut potato into 1/2 cubes.
Dice onion and leeks

Add all ingredients and bring to a boil for 25 minutes or till potato is tender. Let cool and puree in blender.
