Ingredients
Sour Cherry Juice, 0.50 cup csoki puding por, 1 serving Milk, 2%, 500 mL Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbspGranulated Sugar, 80 grams Margarine, hard, 100 grams Coconut, grated, unsweetened, 30 gram(s) Rum, 5 mL magyar haztartasi keksz 100g, 5 serving
Directions
Mince the crackers (or buy it in powder form if you can), add cocoa powder, rum, raisins, coconut. Melt margarine a little bit and add to mass, add sour cherry juice too. Knead the mass (add more sour cherry if it's too dry).
Cook the pudding, leave it to get cool.
Roll out the mass, fill it with pudding, roll up and put it to the fridge. After 2 hours you can slice it.
