Honey Nut Granola

2 1/4 cups old fashioned oats1/8 cup honey1/8 cup maple(or just a simple 1/4 cup of one or the other, I just split the 1/4 cup measuring cup between the 2)2 1/2 T safflower oil (any neutral oil will work)2 oz or 1/4 C honey roasted almonds, smashed1/4 C honey roasted sunflower seeds2 T Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter with honey1/2 t vanilla extract1/4 t almond extracta pinch of cinnamon
Combine all ingrediants in a medium sized bowl.
Mix well (the peanut butter may be stiff so you might want to warm it up a little in the micro)
Spread onto a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Mixing every 5 minutes to ensure even browning.
Let cool completely before storing in an air tight container. Refrigerating or freezing with lengthen the shelf life.
Makes roughly 16, 1/4 C servings.
