Topping:1 TBS Apple Sauce1 tsp Sugar1/2 cup Pamela's Baking MixCupcakes:1 TBS Butter3 TBS Applesauce1/4 cup sugar1 TBS Homemade Gourmet's Spiced Dip Mix (this is equivalent to 1 tsp sugar and spices)2 Eggs1/2 skim milk1 1/2 cups Pamela's Baking Mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix topping ingredients into a crumbly mixture and set aside.
Line a 12 cake cupcake pan with paper liners.
Mix butter, applesauce, sugar, eggs and spices until well blended. Add flour and milk. Blend until smooth. Spoon evenly into cupcake pan and top with 1 tbs of topping mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
