Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 Whole head of Broccoli (Chopped)1 Medium Brown Onion (Chopped)40 grams of Butter2 tsp Chicken Stock2 cups Water1/2 tsp of Crushed Garlic1 tsp Coriander puree1/4 tsp Curry Powder1/4 cup Milk
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan, add Onion.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, add chicken stock, curry powder and stir briefly.
Add water and Broccoli and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until Broccoli is cooked thru.
Allow to cool slightly then add Garlic, Milk and Coriander and blend.
