Ingredients
* Lentils, dried (1/2 Cup), 200 gram(s) * Onions, raw, 1 large * Garlic, 2 clove * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole * Water, tap, 3 cup * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .25 package * Curry Powder * Salt, 1 dash
Directions
1. Fry onion & garlic in oil
2. add lentils, then add water
3. add all other ingredients
4. cook till lentils soft
serve with rice
