Hash Brown Bake

Ingredients
Directions
1 pkg shredded hash browns (frozen)1 small onion (finely diced)1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup sour cream1 tbsp ground pepper1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- In large bowl mix together onions, soup, sour cream, pepper & hash browns until well coated. (You may have to defrost hash browns slightly)
- Pour mixture into lightly greased pan(s) (I found 2 glass pie plates work well. One for now and freeze one for later)
- Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Add cheese and bake for another 10-15 min until cheese is melted.
- remove & eat! :)
