Light Chicken Masala

Ingredients
2 3-4 oz chicken breasts2 Tb extra virgin olive oil1/4 c ground almonds2/3 c skim milk2 Tb sour cream1 Tb granulated garlic2 Tb Garam masala1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 C brown rice
Directions
1. In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Toss in the chicken. Cook thoroughly.
2. Add milk, almonds, sour cream, and spices. Simmer and reduce by half.
3. Serve over brown rice. Makes 4 servings.
