Chol Steal Cut Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Steal Cut Oatmeal Cooked1/4 Cup chopped Apples 1 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder1 Tablespoons of Walnuts chopped 10 Rasins 1/2 Tablespoon of Mini Chol Chips Splenda or Steavia to taste
Directions
I cook for the week so I cook 1cup of oats to 4 cups of water and cook for 25-30 mins until oats are done. I add 2/3 Cups of Cocoa Powder. Then measure 1/2 cup and start from there. But if you are only making one serivng at a time then after the oats are done I add 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder to the oats and stir until mixed.
I add the rest of the stuff and mix well. I add about 2 packages of splenda at the end. That is up to you and how sweet you like it. I eat it with a protien mix in water and I am good to go. Enjoy
