Pork Sirloin Roast, Boneless (pressure cooker)

Ingredients
2 lb roast1 Tbsp oil1 tsp salt2 small onions, chopped2 tbsp corn starch
Directions
Brown roast in oil, remove. Add onions and stir, deglaze pan with water. Put meat back in pan, seal lid and bring to pressure over high heat, reduce heat and maintain pressure for 25 minutes. Natural release. Remove meat to serving platter. Mix corn starch with a small amount of water, then stir into drippings, stir over low heat until thickened.
