Ingredients
Whole Wheat Tortilla, LargeEgglands Best Egg, Xlarge, scrambledMorningstar Sausage Patty, 1Simply Potato Hash Browns, 1/2 cupDaiya Vegan Cheddar Shreds, 1/4 cupMarie's Low Sodium Salsa, 4 TBSP
Directions
Scramble egg with olive oil or grapeseed oil mister
Cook Hash browns per package directions
Cook Morningstar patty according to package directions

Lay tortilla on a flat surface
Put hash brown down the center, leaving room at the bottom to fold up when rolling up
Add salsa spread over hashbrowns
Break sausage patty in half, lay over hash browns
Add egg
Sprinkle with vegan cheese
fold up bottom over food, then roll
