Marinade:1/3 cup Coconut Milk1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Blend marinade ingredients well. Marinade 8 oz peeled, de-veined shrimp in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Cook on medium heat until done, brushing with marinade as you cook.
