Okanog's Potato Salad

Ingredients
*New Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Celery, raw, 2 ribs, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Green Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg, 6 large Apple, fresh, 1, chopped Radishes, 01/2 cup diced*Horseradish, 1 tsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1 1/2 cups*French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 2 tspSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 16 - 1 cup servings

Boil eggs, cool in cold water, peel.
Boil whole potatoes, cool in cold water, peel.
Chop eggs and potatoes.
Chop green onion, apple, celery, bell pepper,
combine all with mustard, horseradish, mayonaise, add herbs and spices. Set in fridge for several hours, for the flavours to meld.
