Chocolate Cherry Cake Balls

Ingredients
Whole Box of Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Red Velvet Cake Mix3 eggs1 cup Mayo1 cup waterWhole tub of Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Cherry Frosting 1 14oz bag of Wilton's Light Cocoa Candy Melts
Directions
Combine may, eggs, water and cake mix in the blender and mix for 2 minutes. Bake one large cake as directed on the box.

Let cake cool completely and then crumble it into a large bowl. Combine cake with icing and mix well with your hands.

Roll cake/icing mix into small balls and place on wax paper covered cookie sheets. Place all balls into the freezer for about 45 min.

Melt chocolate melts in a double boiler. Dip frozen cake balls into melted chocolate and cover completely. Remove and let excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax paper to cool and harden.
