Crock Pot Potato Casserole

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes, sliced2 Tbsp. flour.25 cup water1 medium onion, chopped1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli.5 cup fat free cheddar cheese
Directions
Layer potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot.
Sprinkle with flour, then pour in water.
Layer the onions, then the broccoli, then cheese.
Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.
