Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
Shredded chicken legs 6 ea.Corn tortillas 1 bagFresh Cilantro 1 bushel choppedFresh Avacado 2 ea. peeled, seeded, and mashedRed onion 1 ea. dicedFresh lime 3 ea. cut in quartersFresh roma tomatoes 2 ea. diced
Directions
First boil your chicken legs skin on.
Then when chicken is cooked (reads an internal temp of 165 degrees) let cool until able to be handled and shred the chicken with gloves. Then saute with olive oil just for added crispiness and flavor.
Mash avacados and take one lime and squeeze juice into mixture.
Dice your onions and tomatoes.
Take one third of your onions and add to avacado (guacamole) mixture.
Take one third of your tomatoes and add to guacamole.
Mix your guacamole and place on table for service.
Warm tortillas in microwave on microwave safe plate.
Serve all ingredients family style on table and enjoy making your healthy tacos for dinner!
