Homemade Salsa Burgers

Ingredients
600 gm ground beef1/2 cup oats1/2 cup onion, finely chopped1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper 1 egg3/4 cup salsa
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide into 6 patties (I use a Tupperware patty mold). wrap & freeze until it's BBQ time!
Cook on medium heat until the meat is done.
Serve with sauteed onions & mushrooms & a low-fat mayo
