Dan's Spicy Orange Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless1/4 cup all-purpose flour1 tbsp olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup orange juice2 tbsp packed brown sugar2 tbsp white vinegar1 tsp basil1 tsp salt3/4 tsp nutmegdash pepper2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Place chicken breasts into a plastic bag with flour and shake to coat. Discard extra flour.
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on all sides. (Do not overheat, as this will cause the flour to blacken.)
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, basil, salt, nutmeg and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Pour sauce over chicken in saucepan; reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken.
Mix corn starch with a 2 tbsp water in a small bowl until dissolved. Whisk into orange sauce and keep stirring until thickened.
Spoon sauce over chicken when serving.
