Cranberry Pear Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda3/4 cup Splenda (recipe only would note teaspoons, but that equals 3/4 cup)2 tsp cinnamon1 entire can of halved pears, strain, keep juice separate1/4 cup eggbeaters1 cup quick oatswater
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients except oats.

Drain pears and keep juice separate. Add enough water to pear juice to make one cup.
Dice pears.
Mix together in separate bowl, the wet ingredients. Add oats and stir. Add to dry ingredients and once mixed, fold in diced pears and cranberries.
Bake in muffin liners at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
