3/4 cup sugar2/3 cup canola oil2 tsp baking powder2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt2 eggs1 cups white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flourAdditional sugar, if desired
Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl mix sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, oil, and eggs with spoon. Stir in flour.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 8 to 10 min. until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
