* *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1 cup * *Butter - Centrella Butter Sweet Cream (1 Tbsp), 5 tbsp * Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed * Pecans, .5 cup, chopped * Cream Cheese, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup * Milk, 3.25%, 2 tbsp * Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp * *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Combine flour, butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl,
Blend with a shortening cutter until fine
stir in pecans
reserve 1 cup of mix for topping
press remainder into 8x8 baking dish
bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned
combine remaining ingredients. blend well with mixer and spread over partially baked crust
sprinkle with reserved crumb mix
bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
cool and cut into squares
