Slow Cooker Chicken Breast and Black Bean Chili

Petite diced tomato 14.5 oz can liquid and all(Or 6 medium chopped fresh tomatoes)Tomato Paste, 1 6 oz can Beans, black, 2 15oz cans w/ liquid (or 2 cups fresh homemade)Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lbOnions, raw, 1 large choppedFresh Garlic Minced, 2 tbspPaprika, .5 tsp Basil, .5 tbsp kosher salt, 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Chop raw boneless/skinless chicken breasts into 1/2"-1" chunks.
In a hot pan on the stove top, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. When hot add chicken breast and brown quickly. After 1-2 minutes remove and put into the crockpot. They aren't supposed to be fully cooked at this point.
Now in the crockpot add all the rest of your ingredients, stir and cook on low 6-7 hours, or cook on high 3-4 hours.
**Optional chili powder or hot sauce, I add it after as my husband HATES super spicy stuff**
Makes 6-8 servings
