Rum Banana Topping

Ingredients
* Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) * Rum, 2 fl oz * Pineapple Juice, 2 fl oz * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup * Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients except banana in a small saucepan. Heat on low/med until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Add sliced banana and stir together until mashed and thick (5 minutes)

Serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast.
