Ingredients
16 slices of white bread, crusts remove1.5c ham2c shredded cheddar cheese6 eggs.5 tsp salt, pepper, dry mustard.25c green pepper and green onion1-2 tsp worcestershire sauce3 cups milkdash tobasco.25 c marg 3c crushed kelloggs corn flakes
Directions
Layer bread, ham, cheese and bread. Mix everything else and pour over top. Melt margarine and mix with crushed flakes, sprinkle on top. Allow to sit overnight or at least 3 hours. Bake 60 min at 350. Let cool for 10 min.

    You can reduce the calories with skim milk and low fat OLD cheddar cheese (stronger taste with less cheese). - 12/27/10

    This is a wonderful recipe, my family love it. I use 2% milk and whole wheat bread. I also use butter for the topping ... don't care for margarine which probably increases the calories, but worth it! - 12/23/10

    I made this with whole wheat bread to get more fibre. Also used low fat milk to help with lowering the amount of fat in the dish. - 11/17/10
