Ham and Egg Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
1 Mission Multigrain tortilla, fajita size1 large egg1 slice Land o' Frost Canadian bacon2 T. onion, diced finely2 T. Red bell pepper, diced finely1 T. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Saute onion and peppers in a Pam-sprayed pan. Season as desired. Add ham and heat through, then pour beaten egg over all. Season again, if desired, and scramble the eggs.
Warm tortilla 10 seconds in microwave. Add egg mixture to tortilla, top with cheese, and roll up.
