Pork and Beef Sausage, 1/2 lb*Bacon grease, 1 tbsp *Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour 1 teaHeavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup,Water, tap, 0.5 cup *Xanthan Gum, 1 teaSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
1) Brown flour in bacon grease
2) Add cream and water, reduce
3) add xanthan gum to thicken
4) Add sausage
