Griddled Chicory with Asian Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
* 4 Chicory heads* 1tsp rapeseed oil (for grilling chicory)*1tbsp sesame seedsDressing:*2tbsp Soy Sauce*1.5 tbsp clear honey*1 sliced and deseeded red pepper*1tbsp toasted sesame oil*juice of 1 lime
Directions
Halve 4 chicory heads lengthways and cook on a preheated, lightly oiled griddle for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelised, turning halfway.

Mix the soy sauce, clear honey, chilli, toasted sesame oil and the juice of 1 lime.

Toss the chicory with the dressing and sesame seeds.
