Ingredients
180 grams Celery, sliced2 cloves Garlic350g Carrots, sliced90grams Onions, chopped 6tsp Low Calorie Granulated Sweeterner 3 tins chopped tomatoe1 chicken stock cube (made with half amount of water045g Tesco Tomato Puree Double Concentrate
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pot and put it on high heat until it starts boiling
Lower the heat and let it simmer until the carrots and celery is soft
Put it in blender and blend until smooth
Add salt and. pepper to taste
