1 Lb Lamb cut in pieces1 cup Fat Free Yogurt1/8 of a cup of sliced almonds or cashews4 cups of Broccoli chopped1/2 cup of raisins2 TBS of Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix (2 tsp of sugar and a mix of spices equal this)1 TBS of Cumin seed or powder
Place spices and meat in a bag and marinade overnight for best flavor.
Place lamb mixture into a heated pan and flash cook at very high temps. Be sure to constantly stir so not to burn meat. turn heat down and add yogurt, almonds, and raisins. Add broccoli and cover. Allow to simmer on low until broccoli is cooked. Server plain or over rice.
