Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

Ingredients
16 oz Frozen Corn1 lg Potato, diced4 oz Ham, diced1 cup Reduced Fat/Reduced Sodium Chicken BrothThyme, to taste1 cup Nonfat Evaporated Milk
Directions
Place corn, potato, ham, broth and thyme into slow cooker and set to Low. Cook for 5 hours. Stir in evaporated milk and cook additional 30 minutes.
