2 pounds turkey1 cup onion, chopped1 cup celery, chopped16 oz. mixed vegetables1 cups of water1 can cream of chicken soup, reduced fat1 can cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat1 pound bag frozen tater tots
In skillet, brown turkey, onion and celery; drain. In large bowl, combine turkey, vegetables, water and soups. Pour into nonstick casserole dish. Top with reserved tots. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
